Beth & Dave * 2012 Hot Wedding Photography (The weather was warm too!)
When it’s 89 degrees as you lay down to go to sleep, you know it’s going to be a bit warm the next day. With temperatures soaring to 100 degrees, I had my concerns when departing for this particular event. As a wedding photographer, all sorts of things go through your head with that type of heat – from failing equipment to fainting groomsman. It was incredible to witness Beth and Dave take the day in stride and not let anything affect their beautiful wedding or their love for each other!
Back in chilly December the three of us had a wonderful time making some great engagement photographs and getting to know each other. We had to work the session into Dave’s active military schedule (THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE DAVE!!) and it was a blast having fun down near Station Square with them. The fun continued 8 months later on their wedding day!
Beth and Dave also hired Josh Mariana Photography to produce a wedding cinematic for them as well, being just the 2nd brave customer to entrust us with that task. Here’s the final product!
I couldn’t imagine how difficult it might be fore a bride (and groom) to deal with 100+ degree temperatures on the Big Day. It was my pleasure to capture it all! Thanks guys, can’t wait to photograph those cute Vanik babies!!
Such an original idea for a cake topper!
I love reading the notes that guests leave in the photo guestbooks we provide!
