Meet The Bates Family * 2012 Fun Fall Family Fotos

As I scramble to play catchup with getting the end of 2012′s sessions on the blog and FaceBook, it was so fun coming across these photos! A majority of my work is made up of shooting and processing weddings, so it’s nice to break up that routine with occasional engagement and portrait photography sessions. Anyone remember this time of Fall last year (2011)? I do – very clearly. I had 6 engagement sessions lined up in a two week period (not uncommon for Fall) and then BAM! We got a giant wind storm and virtually overnight all of the leaves were off the trees, on the ground and blown away. (more…)
